Or, if online is not the option for you: PAY BY PHONETo pay your parking ticket by phone, call 1-866-470-0612 and follow the prompts. Be sure to have your Parking Ticket Number and Mastercard or Visa ready. PAY BY MAILPlease fill out your ticket by following the instructions provided and mail your parking ticket along with a check for the amout due to: Norwalk Parking Authority PAY IN PERSONYou may pay in person by visiting us at the above mailing address. Our offices are located inside the Maritime Garage and are open during the following hours: Mon - Fri • 8am - 5pm We can accept payments in person in the form of cash, Mastercard, Visa and personal checks with ID.
